Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) on a business day are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 17:00 PKT or on public holidays are processed the next business day. te777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to te777's anti-money-laundering obligations.
All te777 Accounts are denominated in PKR. te777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currency. Any currency conversion required by a player's payment provider is the player's sole responsibility and is subject to that provider's prevailing exchange rates and fees.

Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those funds are forfeited without compensation. te777 may, at its discretion, notify players of impending bonus expiry, but is not obligated to do so.

te777 may permanently close a player's Account in the event of: confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions; confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or receipt of a valid regulatory or legal order requiring closure. Where closure results from confirmed fraudulent activity, all funds in the Account may be forfeited.
Players may close their te777 Account at any time by contacting te777 customer support. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement-bound winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Account closure processing may take up to 5 business days.
